Haley graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and has recently exhibited images at the North Dakota Museum of Art, the Plains Art Museum, and Kaddatz Gallery.

Alongside her fine art practice, she leads a team of designers in the Aviation industry.
