Maxwell’s Borrower Dashboard

I led the UX redesign of Maxwell’s flagship product, The Borrower Dashboard, re-architecting a high-traffic experience used by roughly 16,000 borrowers per month. The redesign clarifies progress, reduces errors, and supports task completion across devices—helping borrowers move forward with confidence during a critical moment in the loan process.

This project emphasized the use of observational and quantitative data, as well as infrastructure changes, to holistically reimagine the user’s experience when applying for a mortgage.

ForeFlight CFI Referral Program

The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Referral Program is a streamlined iOS experience that allows instructors to invite students, track referrals, and earn subscription discounts—strengthening the instructor-student ecosystem. Read more about this feature on ForeFlight’s website.

CoSchedule’s Social Composer

The redesign of the social composer addresses brittle workflows and content mismatches within the social publishing tool. The improved experience prioritizes flexibility, modularity, and content-first decision-making across campaign types.

CoSchedule Bulk Import

I led design on this heavily requested feature, which reduces friction for large teams joining CoSchedule by making the process of importing mass projects simple and easy. By simplifying how teams migrate large volumes of work into the platform, guided by an import walkthrough, the experience lowers onboarding friction and builds early confidence.

CoSchedule Onboarding

This redesign replaces a historically rigid guided tour and transforms it into a persona-tailored, narrative-driven experience—reducing friction, increasing engagement, and eliminating brittleness.

A modular system allowed onboarding flows to adapt to different personas and product tiers, while supporting ongoing A/B testing and iteration.

This guide improves onboarding and establishes a shared understanding across design, engineering, marketing, and support. The guide adds context and behavioral guidance for the design system, empowering teams to make confident, consistent decisions from day one.
